Operations Director JobAbout the Company

An Architectural Millworking company in New Hampshire is seeking a seasoned director-level executive to fill the VP of Operations role.


Job Summary

As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading the company's business development, client relations, engineering, project management, and purchasing teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Closely collaborate with the estimating staff to ensure yearly sales projections are met or exceeded.
  • Provide interaction between project managers and clientele to uphold contractual obligations and meet deliverables.
  • Work with the Project Executive to ensure engineering deadlines are met on all projects.
  • Maintain oversight of project managers with the help of the Project Executive to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor purchasing with the Lead Purchaser and interact with the Plant Manager to ensure millwork production scheduling meets client obligations.
  • Conduct and document performance reviews for all employees not under another manager's direction.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven work history in the AWI realm and a stable work history to lead the company into the future.


Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $100-200K, commensurate with experience.
