Position Overview:

The primary objective of this role is to achieve or surpass the sales order intake targets for the designated territory or region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attain annual sales order intake goals - Consistently meets or exceeds the sales targets associated with the assigned territory or region.
  • Manage cost of sales in relation to budgetary constraints.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts - Clearly communicates sales prospects according to product, timeline, and value to management.
  • Cultivate a robust sales pipeline - Identifies and pursues potential business opportunities through effective prospecting.
  • Oversee the sales cycle - Engages with executives and key stakeholders to create new account opportunities.
  • Develop tailored business solutions that meet customer needs, potentially collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct sales demonstrations and negotiate agreements.
  • Foster strong relationships with management of new and prospective accounts to build credibility and trust.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction - Increases net promoter scores and customer reference capabilities.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Maintain high-quality account plans - Timely development and upkeep of opportunity plans.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports detailing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of opportunity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Revenue Cycle Services.
  • In-depth understanding of the Healthcare Revenue Cycle.
  • Strong background in Revenue Cycle Services.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical/business experience is required.

A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience is essential.

This position may require up to 40-50% travel.

Work Environment:

This is a remote position.
