Job Overview:

The primary objective of this position is to achieve or surpass the sales order intake targets for the designated territory or region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attain Annual sales order intake quotas - Meet or exceed the sales targets associated with the assigned territory or region while managing costs effectively.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts - Forecast sales opportunities based on product, timeline, and value, while communicating effectively with management regarding potential risks and opportunities.
  • Expand the sales pipeline - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
  • Manage the sales process - Engage with executives and key stakeholders to cultivate new account opportunities, developing tailored business solutions that meet customer needs, potentially in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct sales demonstrations and negotiate agreements - Build relationships with management of new and prospective accounts to establish credibility and trust.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction - Increase customer referenceability and responsiveness to issues, managing escalations and critical deliverables to minimize attrition.
  • Maintain market awareness - Stay informed about competitive and relevant market data, understanding overall trends and specific customer goals and challenges.
  • Develop high-quality Account Plans - Create and maintain opportunity plans with timely and accurate updates.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports - Document sales volume, potential sales, and areas of opportunity within the region.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of Revenue Cycle Services.
  • Strong understanding of the Healthcare Revenue Cycle.
  • Proven experience in Revenue Cycle Services.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical/business experience.

8+ years of relevant work experience.

This position may require up to 40-50% travel.
