Job Overview:

The Project Manager is accountable for articulating and overseeing the value proposition, project roadmap, resource allocation, timelines, and financial plans for various initiatives. This role is essential in orchestrating and mobilizing resources (financial, personnel, tools) to fulfill project goals punctually, within defined parameters, and budget constraints. Key responsibilities encompass comprehensive project planning, guidance, prioritization, change management, execution, and post-project assessment. The Project Manager ensures that project scope, planning, and execution align with client expectations and organizational objectives while maintaining coherence across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Directs and guarantees the successful execution of both external and internal projects in collaboration with stakeholders.

· Clearly defines project scope, establishes timelines and milestones, supervises marketing resources and/or vendors, manages internal operations, and leads project health reporting and communications.

· Oversees the effective organization, development, and execution of marketing projects and customer-facing deliverables, including both in-store and digital initiatives.

· Identifies potential risks or obstacles to marketing programs and collaborates with the Marketing PMO to address gaps, devise solutions, implement necessary changes, and document processes as required.

· Cultivates constructive business relationships with all stakeholders.

· Exhibits proficient planning and stakeholder management capabilities, demonstrating the ability to set and manage realistic project timelines.

· Supports departmental objectives, identifies synergies, and proposes process and communication enhancements to facilitate more efficient collaboration within cross-functional teams.

· Effectively communicates information and addresses inquiries in both individual and group settings. Evaluates and recommends ongoing improvements to tools, processes, teams, and training to optimize workflows.

Qualifications:

· 3-4 years of experience in marketing project management.

· Proficient in understanding and supporting project scope, objectives, deliverables, establishing RACI, and proactively creating necessary documentation for the department.

· Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.

· Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.

· A team-oriented mindset with an appreciation for a unique, entrepreneurial, and collaborative work environment.
