About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Digital Marketing to join our team at Kyyba. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and building EP B&CM marketing automation campaigns using Adobe Marketo Engage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute EP B&CM marketing automation campaigns leveraging Adobe Marketo Engage to engage customers and drive traffic and engagement.
  • Develop and implement email, landing page, and social media strategies to increase EP product/brand awareness and consideration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build relationships and work on projects across multiple teams.
  • Manage and maintain strong project management skills, attention to detail, and keen awareness of timelines.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in Marketo, with a strong understanding of email, journeys, and landing pages.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model.
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of UX/CX best practices.
  • Digital or brand marketing experience in the Medical Device industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to set goals and provide positive and constructive feedback.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
