Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Account Leads: Provide operational and logistics support for a variety of clients, ensuring seamless execution of events and projects.
  • Administrative Tasks: Direct and assist with administrative tasks, including creating timelines, workflows, schedules, and reports.
  • Project Management: Manage and track multiple projects with time-sensitive deliverables, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Communication: Communicate updates and tasks with account leads, making changes as necessary based on client workflows.
  • Project Timelines: Understand and manage project timelines, keeping account leads on track and ensuring client and internal work stays on-time and on-budget.
  • Vendor Management: Research, contact, and follow-up with vendors, suppliers, and other businesses to ensure smooth event execution.
  • City Permitting: Become familiar with and lead city permitting processes, complete applications, meet with city officials, and keep track of permitting deadlines.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate and manage setup/breakdown for events, coordinate with city officials, and ensure event security, activations, power, sound, and lighting are in place.
Qualifications:
  • Operational Experience: At least 2 years of strong operational experience with examples of detail-oriented work.
  • Event Planning Experience: Experience planning, managing, or working events is a major plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Time Management: Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Team Player: A team-player who understands the importance of collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, service-oriented environment and come up with novel solutions to various problems/scenarios.
  • Availability: Available and willing to work weekends, as needed.
