Salary range: $100,000 - $200,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Effectively planning, managing, and executing projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget constraints while fostering existing client relationships and pursuing new project opportunities.
- Preparing project proposals and ensuring accuracy in project estimates and scope.

Primary Duties:
- Assume the role of Senior Electrical Engineer / Project Manager, overseeing assigned projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals and reports for various project sizes.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of project work while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Lead design and construction meetings.
- Design branch circuit distribution systems for power and lighting in commercial settings.
- Develop overall power distribution systems and fire alarm systems.
- Conduct calculations to support system designs.
- Perform construction administration tasks, including reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and attending related meetings.
- Conduct site visits for field evaluations and observations.
- Assist in marketing and business development efforts in collaboration with the Marketing Director.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in successfully completing projects with strong planning and delivery skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and client-focused.
- Ability to influence senior leadership.
- Strong time management and critical thinking skills.
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
- Proficient in developing and maintaining business relationships through client interactions.

Technical Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
- Proficient in Bluebeam and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Project Management Certification is preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of recent experience in Electrical Engineering design within an architectural or MEP firm.
- LEED accreditation is highly desirable.
- Advanced project management skills, including the ability to manage work to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of maintaining successful client relationships.
- Proven planning and organizational skills with the ability to lead multi-discipline project teams.
