Position Overview:
As a key member of our Human Resources team, the Employment Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the recruitment process. This position is essential for ensuring that all applications and necessary employment documentation are meticulously gathered and organized.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate the recruitment process by assisting recruiters with various aspects of candidate applications.
2. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is collected and maintained for file integrity.
3. Conduct applicant screenings to identify qualified candidates for hiring managers.
4. Support the recruitment team in all employment-related functions, working a standard schedule of 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, with potential for overtime as needed.
5. Maintain job postings on external platforms, ensuring they are current and accurate.
6. Act as a representative for educational assistance programs within the organization.
7. Achieve assigned performance goals and contribute to departmental objectives.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:
- At least three years of experience in a human resources setting is required.

Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is preferred.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems is highly desirable.
