Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate corporate taxation, tax regulations, and internal compliance to ensure adherence to legal standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive tax return documentation, including permanent and temporary book/tax discrepancies, eliminations, and various accrual analyses.
  • Conduct investigations and formulate responses to state inquiries and audits.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly federal and state tax provision calculations.
  • Ensure that internal policies and procedures align with applicable fiscal regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant tax legislation.
Candidate Profile:
  • Analytical individual capable of dissecting complex issues and providing effective solutions.
  • Innovative problem solver with a keen curiosity for developing efficient strategies.
  • Strong communicator adept at simplifying intricate tax concepts and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in taxation, accounting, or auditing.
