About the role at Recruit Monitor: Administrative Assistant / Marketing

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist staff with proposal development and generation
• Maintain and update social media platforms to increase awareness and engagement
• Provide support with reporting and data analysis using Google Sheets
• Collaborate with the Office Manager on light accounting tasks as needed
• Assist with administrative tasks related to Human Resources

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered
• Previous experience with social media management a plus
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
• Strong written communication skills for reviewing and improving proposals
