Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Cascade Industries, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to various departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
    • Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
    • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and generating reports.
    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Office Coordination:
    • Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
    • Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
    • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
    • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Human Resources Support:
    • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
    • Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Coordinate employee training sessions and other HR-related activities.
  • Accounting and Finance Assistance:
    • Assist with invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable/payable tasks.
    • Reconcile financial records and assist with budgeting processes.
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Customer Service:
    • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
    • Coordinate with the sales team to fulfill customer orders and resolve issues promptly.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide exceptional service to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office manager, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
  • Experience in the construction, building materials, or countertop industry is desirable but not required.
