Administrative Coordinator

As an Administrative Assistant with the Washington State Government, you will play a vital role in supporting the organization's operations. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, screening and prioritizing incoming communications, coordinating travel arrangements, and editing correspondence and reports to ensure a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and coordinate schedules to ensure efficient use of time.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, to ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, both in-state and out-of-state, to support business needs.
- Edit and proofread correspondence and reports to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
