Your Contributions

  • Accelerated Value Realization: Assess customer needs, providing support and direction throughout the customer journey to guarantee a swift and effective implementation of our solutions.
  • Product Authority: Serve as the subject matter expert on our offerings, partnering with product and engineering teams to maximize the value our customers and partners derive from our solutions.
  • Enhance Product Utilization: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to promote the adoption of our products by leveraging new functionalities and creating innovative use cases.

Qualifications:

Your Background

  • Proven experience as a Security Incident Responder or in a SOC analyst/manager role.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as SOAR, EDR, SIEM, NGFWs, or cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience in customer-facing positions.
  • Understanding of various enterprise security and IT products, processes, and ecosystems.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining scripts in Python or JavaScript is advantageous.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
