PathSpot is a leading provider of food safety solutions, dedicated to helping the food industry prevent foodborne illnesses. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive Customer Growth
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase customer adoption and usage of PathSpot's products.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to drive customer growth.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers.
- Provide feedback and insights to inform product development and improvement.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive business decisions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working in the food industry or with food service companies
- Ability to travel for customer meetings and trade shows
