Overview

PathSpot is a leading provider of food safety solutions, dedicated to helping the food industry prevent foodborne illnesses. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive Customer Growth
    • Proactively identify opportunities to increase customer adoption and usage of PathSpot's products.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to drive customer growth.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
    • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers.
    • Provide feedback and insights to inform product development and improvement.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive business decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience working in the food industry or with food service companies
  • Ability to travel for customer meetings and trade shows
