Technical Customer Support Specialist

ConsultNet, a burgeoning entity in the manufacturing sector, is on the lookout for skilled customer support specialists with a strong technical background to enhance our team. This position entails operating within a network operations center, managing incoming inquiries from clients facing technical or mechanical challenges with our products. Key responsibilities include aiding customers in product diagnostics, performing basic troubleshooting, and escalating intricate technical matters when required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Customer Service Representative in an engineering-focused environment within the manufacturing field.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a knack for effective data application.
  • Excellent listening, problem-solving, and customer retention skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Associate degree or equivalent credentials.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce CRM systems.
  • Capability to maintain professionalism in workplace interactions and customer communications.
