Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Sales Specialist, you will serve as a tire expert, assisting customers in selecting the ideal tires for their vehicles. Your role is crucial in ensuring that each customer receives personalized service throughout the tire purchasing journey. From greeting customers to understanding their requirements and guiding them to the perfect tire solutions, you will play a key role in their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through the tire selection process by asking insightful questions to determine their needs.
  • Recommend suitable tire options based on customer requirements and inspect their current tires.
  • Complete sales transactions and schedule tire installation appointments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets while demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of products and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Independently manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Coordinate customer appointments in collaboration with Valets and Field Advisors to optimize service delivery.
  • Perform various manual tasks, including lifting tires and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service is essential.
  • A valid driver's license is required, as driving may be part of the role.
  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is advantageous but not required.
  • At least two years of customer service experience is preferred.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Exceptional service skills, with a focus on providing top-tier assistance to customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage with customers effectively.
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.
  • Flexibility to work in a store that may operate seven days a week, including weekends and holidays.
