We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team. **Key Responsibilities**

  • Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions to meet client needs.
  • Solution Development and Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customized solutions that meet client needs and drive business results.
  • Account Management: Manage the sales pipeline for top-tier accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry trends and best practices to drive growth and revenue.
  • Professional Development: Provide relevant and engaging professional development opportunities to clients, enhancing their skills and knowledge in key areas.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with clients, driving mutual success and growth.

**Requirements**

  • Education and Experience: Proven track record of success in education or Ed Tech, with a strong background in developing and managing relationships.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and self-motivation with a results-oriented approach.
  • Travel Requirements: Up to 60% travel during peak seasons, with occasional overnight stays.
