Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

The Client Success Specialist (CSS) is responsible for managing assigned clients and facilitating all customer engagement activities. This role emphasizes ensuring client satisfaction and meeting revenue objectives. The CSS collaborates with various departments including Customer Success, Sales, Support, Implementation, Product Management, Development, and Marketing to address client needs.

  • Leverage tools to proactively monitor and manage client outcomes

  • Track and evaluate client value metrics
  • Develop account strategies and growth plans
  • Document plans for mitigating risks
  • Provide regular updates regarding client status
  • Ensure client satisfaction and performance metrics
  • Oversee client renewals and revenue assessments
  • Act as a point of escalation for client issues
  • Conduct client reviews and feedback surveys
  • Identify opportunities for operational and process enhancements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in Client Success Management or Revenue Cycle Management within a healthcare environment
  • Strong executive presence and presentation capabilities
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Willingness to travel up to 40-60%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
  • Familiarity with FinThrive products and services
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry and revenue cycle management
  • Experience with Gainsight
  • Engagement with HFMA
