About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our Continuous Improvement initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping and driving projects from initiation to close, ensuring that project vision and goals are clearly defined, and key stakeholders are identified and on-boarded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Define project plans, roles, and responsibilities, and communications plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage multiple stakeholders across business and technical groups, ensuring that project vision and goals are clearly defined and key stakeholders are identified and on-boarded.
  • Project Monitoring and Control: Manage project scope, progress, and spend, creating visualizations for transparent communication and accountability.
  • Issue and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate issues and risks in a timely manner, ensuring that project deliverables are met.
  • Process Improvement: Identify synergies to improve efficiency and mitigate systems/functional risk, generating key performance indicators on work processes and business metrics to influence behavior change and performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10-15+ years of industry experience in O&G related fields, with a strong background in IT/OT, business analysis, engineering, or project management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Agile principles, Microsoft O365 applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Word), and experience with software and cloud technology.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities, and serve as a mentor to junior team members.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or related fields.
  • Certifications: Scrum Master Certification or related project management certifications.
