  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, assess, and resolve project issues in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10-15+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong background in Oil and Gas industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, including Agile principles, Microsoft O365 applications, and Oil and Gas technical knowledge.
