Regional Sales Director for Enterprise Specialty Contractors

We're seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Director to lead our Enterprise Specialty Contractor Sales team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you'll drive sales strategy, manage the sales lifecycle, and develop a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Sales Team: Foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, and collaboration to drive sales and achieve strategic objectives.
- Develop Sales Team: Support the growth and development of sales team members through internal training and learning opportunities.
- Manage Territory: Plan, forecast, and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Contribute to GTM Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Identify and Qualify Prospects: Engage with potential customers, monitor progress through the sales cycle, and establish relationships with key accounts.
- Sell to C-Suite: Develop and present sales strategies to C-level executives, negotiate business terms, and close deals.
- Ensure Account Engagement: Develop and maintain formal account engagement plans to drive new business and expand revenue with current customers.
- Travel: Regularly travel to Procore offices, clients, and other locations (25% - 50% of the time).
- 10+ Years of Software Sales Experience: Proven track record of identifying and closing seven-figure contracts.
- Experience in Sales Leadership: Proven ability to increase sales through the development of high-performance teams and effective sales processes.
- Extensive Knowledge of Enterprise SaaS Models: Experience with SaaS metrics, online sales models, and construction industry sales.
- Ability to Thrive in an Entrepreneurial Environment: A perfect mix of curiosity, ambition, resilience, optimism, competitive, and value-added mindset.
Base Pay Range: $159,600 - $219,450 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $319,200 - $438,900. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
