We are seeking a Senior Director of Client Relations for North America to spearhead our wholesale initiatives, particularly in the Fragrance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive wholesale strategy for North America
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key partners
  • Oversee project timelines for the execution of strategic initiatives
  • Achieve sales targets while managing budgetary constraints
  • Collaborate with various internal teams
  • Work alongside Marketing to develop product assortment strategies
  • Enhance retail partnerships across both digital and physical platforms

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the beauty sector with a focus on Fragrance
  • Familiarity with Sephora is advantageous
  • Proven ability to think strategically and manage projects effectively
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Estimated annual salary range: $145,000-189,000
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401K, equity options, paid time off, and more
