Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the General Manager, Global Wholesale to develop and execute a comprehensive North America wholesale strategy and business plan, with a focus on Fragrance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with North America partners, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Create and implement a project plan to execute the three-year roadmap, prioritizing Fragrance and ensuring cross-functional execution to deliver on launch strategy and ongoing execution.
  • Manage and track progress across functions, workstreams, and key milestones, overseeing the delivery of net and retail sales goals, operational expenses, and EBITDA targets.
  • Collaborate with Operations/Logistics and Planning teams to determine inventory planning and forecasting approaches, fulfillment requirements, and technology support.
  • Partner with Brand, Product, and Marketing leadership and teams to develop product assortment strategies and marketing activation and launch plans.
  • Manage retailer coop budgets to drive business results and optimize business performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Coordinate marketplace opportunities and channel optimization online and offline with owned Retail and Ecommerce partners.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in sales or marketing functions within the beauty industry, with a focus on Fragrance.
  • Sephora experience is preferred.
  • Strategic thinking and orientation, with tactical project management execution skills.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and partnership across marketing, product, operations, technology, and finance.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships both internally and externally, with senior management, and communicate effectively in meetings and describe deliverables and project milestones.
  • Ability to develop spreadsheet formats, databases, general correspondence, and oral/visual presentations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual pay range for this role is $145,000-189,000. Full-time positions are eligible for a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical health insurance, 401K, equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units, Paid Time Off, Short Term and Long Term Disability leave, and a range of other benefits.
