Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple customer accounts, understanding customer needs and priorities, managing projects to ensure deliverables are met, and regular meetings to stay up to date with customer needs.
  • Provide product and industry consultation to customers, facilitating timely access to resources needed, and facilitating sales of added functionality and modules to increase the customer's efficiency.
  • Frequent communication and meetings with other team members, including product managers, developers, testers, and other internal staff, to ensure seamless collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer retention, ensuring a CSAT of 80% or higher.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager is desirable.
  • Experience in Project Management and Change Management.
  • Leadership and Team Building Skills.
  • Background experience in Behavioral Healthcare or in Electronic Medical Records is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Innovative and critical thinking, problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% and work alternate schedules as required.
