  • You have a proven track record of successfully selling high-end, custom-engineered technology solutions to executive teams through a 3-6 month sales cycle.

  • Familiarity with two-way radios, Wi-Fi, security, and telecom sales is a plus.
  • You have a history of achieving sales success in a B2B context, earning over $120k annually through a commission-based compensation structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, cultivate, and secure new solution sales opportunities with existing clients.
  • Acquire new accounts that align with Aerowave's niche in safety and security technology solutions.
  • Promote and market Aerowave's products and services within designated territories and accounts.
  • Spot opportunities for surveillance, access control, bi-directional amplifiers, and other emerging technology solutions.
  • Participate in in-person sales team and company-wide meetings to address issues and maintain pipeline health.
  • Identify engagement opportunities through associations, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Conduct daily prospecting with potential and existing clients using all available resources.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts in NetSuite CRM, including realistic probabilities and close dates.
  • Ensure CRM data is current for new and existing account development.

Qualifications:

  • Commitment to embodying Core Values.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical solutions sales.
  • Experience with two-way radio solutions is preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to articulate our products and solutions.
  • Self-motivated problem solver.
  • Ability to help clients visualize solutions, services, and applications.
  • Proficient in CRM systems; experience with NetSuite CRM is a plus.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales and go-to-market strategies in a collaborative environment is essential.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting quotas and providing excellent client service.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple account projects to client satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives.
  • Time management skills are essential, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Location & Travel:

We are seeking candidates based in the Dallas and Fort Worth areas. Sales Representatives are expected to operate within their territories daily, with one weekly sales meeting at the office. Most travel will be local, with no air travel anticipated.

Basic Requirements:

  • 3+ years of B2B technology solution sales experience required.
  • Experience in two-way radio or communication technology sales is preferred.

Training Provided:

Aerowave offers in-person training on CRM, radio and surveillance solutions, and company processes, along with manufacturer-sponsored training, particularly through Motorola Solutions.

Travel Requirements:

Local daily travel within the designated territory.
