Position Summary:

Specialisterne USA is on the lookout for a driven sales professional to enhance our team. You will be instrumental in facilitating organizational expansion while nurturing and sustaining valuable relationships with both new and existing employer clients. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate with a remote and ambitious team in a fast-paced environment.

Employment Details:

  • This is a full-time, salaried position.
  • Some travel may be required for client meetings.
  • Annual international travel for team meetings may also be part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

As a member of our organization, you will have the chance to shape our business strategies, focusing on:

  • Advocating for the significance of diversity in business settings through various channels including networking, education, and outreach.
  • Establishing and nurturing robust relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in complex organizations to enhance account management.
  • Effectively articulating Specialisterne's service offerings while promoting the business advantages of employing neurodivergent talent.
  • Representing Specialisterne in sales and marketing forums, either independently or in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Coordinating global sales initiatives in partnership with Specialisterne hubs worldwide.
  • Developing business proposals for new and existing clients and negotiating contracts to align their needs with our operations.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to communicate effectively.
  • Adept at following and expanding a territory plan as necessary.
  • Desire to engage with a diverse array of stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Interest in business development and strategy formulation to enhance Specialisterne's social impact.
  • Commitment to advocating for marginalized groups in workplaces and communities.
  • Passion for relationship-driven sales and innovative problem-solving.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic familiarity with video conferencing tools.
  • Exposure to scheduling and e-signature tools is advantageous but not mandatory.

Educational Background:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in Business, Commerce, Finance, HR Management, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

  • Proven success in a sales, business development, or consulting role.
  • Experience with CRM systems or data visualization tools is beneficial but not essential.

Communication and Interaction:

  • Frequent oral and written communication with stakeholders.
  • Regular interaction with supervisors and peers.
  • Daily engagement with clients through various communication channels.
