Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to expand our sales force and drive revenue growth. This role requires an individual with a proven track record of developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories
  • Built strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through effective account management and relationship-building

The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, preferably in the industry, and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:
  • High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Prior sales experience required, outside sales preferred
  • Two years of industry experience preferred
  • Ability to travel to current and potential clients and suppliers
  • Ability to work flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
