Business Development Representative

California Marketing Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing and Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Summary:
The Marketing and Sales Representative will be responsible for maximizing sales efficiency, building relationships with consumers, and educating them on our clients' products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement negotiation and relationship-building tactics to maximize sales efficiency
- Act as the first point of contact representing fortune brands and products with unique marketing strategies
- Educate consumers on the products and services our clients provide to provide solutions for current or future service issues
- Collaborate with other Marketing and Sales Representatives to drive sales success
- Attend daily marketing and sales strategy meetings for our partners alongside other Marketing and Sales Representatives to assist in raising brand awareness throughout a given territory
Requirements:
- A 4-year degree equivalent in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
- 1 year of entry-level experience in a consumer-oriented role such as sales, customer service, or marketing
- Self-starting attitude and work ethic is sought after over natural aptitude
- Exceptional Interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients and consumers as the Marketing and Sales Representative
What We Offer:
- $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
