Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at UniFirst.
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, connecting with prospects, and closing deals using our award-winning sales process.
With a focus on selling new business and exceeding sales goals, you will have the opportunity to earn a six-figure income and advance your career in a fast-paced industry.
Salary Range: $57,000 - $75,000 per year (including commission)

The Outside Sales Representative role involves:
- Selling new business and exceeding sales goals.
- Utilizing our CRM system and other technology to manage and track efforts.
- Delivering effective sales presentations to business owners and key decision makers.
- Contacting prospects through cold-calling, emails, and social networks.
To succeed as an Outside Sales Representative, you should have:
- Previous sales experience preferred in B2B (although we provide all necessary training).
- A proven track record of success.
- A coachable and highly enthusiastic mindset.
- A high school diploma required.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
