Job Summary

Franchino Mold & Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for prospecting new customers, pursuing new industry opportunities, and investigating alternate lines of business.

You will provide meaningful and timely input on marketing plans and assessments, and follow up and develop opportunities from marketing plans. Additionally, you will manage assigned House Accounts and maintain customer relations for future opportunities that meet or exceed the company's profit goals.

As a liaison between customers and the Design/Production departments of the Company, you will provide the Quotation Manager with sufficient data to quote jobs. You will review quotations to assure hours and profitability meet or exceed the Company's requirements.

Work with Project Managers to create project time lines and communicate with customers to assure their expectations are met. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and balance a multitude of conflicting projects/demands simultaneously.

Proven ability to understand business problems, solve problems outside your immediate domain, and develop creative business and technical solutions. Strong team orientation and personal sense of motivation and accountability. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Associates, Bachelor's or Technical degree in Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
  • Tool & Die sales experience required.
