Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Management Recruiters International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the electro-hydraulic systems market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery of custom solutions.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or engineering within the hydraulics industry.
  • Strong understanding of electro-hydraulic systems, components, and applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
