Northern California Business Development Leader

AECOM is seeking a seasoned Business Development Leader to drive growth for our Bay Area and Northern California Transportation business. As a key member of our team, you will represent AECOM in the marketplace and oversee business development, sales, and strategy for all sectors of transportation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Bay Area and Northern California.
- Represent AECOM in the marketplace, building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Lead business development, sales, and strategy for all sectors of transportation, including Highways & Bridges, Transit & Rail, Traffic/ITS, Aviation, Ports & Marine, and Construction Management.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue.
- Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as planning, engineering, or business.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, and strategy, with a focus on transportation.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team of business development professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
