Your Role
As a Service Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional maintenance and repair services for industrial vacuum pumps and related equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and preventative maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidelines to enhance the durability and efficiency of customer equipment.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all service activities using state-of-the-art hardware and software solutions.
- Equip yourself with essential tools and ensure their upkeep to facilitate high-quality service delivery.
- Continuously develop your skills in Variable Speed Drives (VSDs), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), industrial networking, remote monitoring, and leak audits to provide optimal solutions.

- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and be prepared for overtime to meet customer needs.
- Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and on-the-job training among colleagues to enhance team expertise and service quality.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with technical training in electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, or HVAC.
- Minimum of 1 year of technical experience in troubleshooting and resolving field equipment issues.
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with the ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or assembly plant environments.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership in meeting client needs.
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with readiness to work in various industrial conditions.
