Position Title: Oracle Field Service Management Specialist - Proven experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) is essential.

Overview: We are seeking a proficient Oracle Field Service Management Specialist to oversee the setup, upkeep, and enhancement of our Oracle Field Service platform. The successful candidate will possess substantial technical knowledge in Oracle Field Service and a proactive mindset towards improving field service processes.

  • System Configuration: Set up and maintain Oracle Field Service in alignment with organizational needs.
  • User Management: Administer user accounts, roles, and access rights.
  • Integration Oversight: Manage integrations between Oracle Field Service and other enterprise applications.
  • System Monitoring: Track system performance and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Customization: Identify and implement opportunities for system enhancements.
  • Training and Support: Deliver training to end-users on Oracle Field Service features.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system setups and workflows.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors for technical assistance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of industry developments and suggest system upgrades.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing Oracle Field Service or comparable systems.
  • Strong technical expertise in Oracle Field Service.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Oracle certifications relevant to field service management are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Boomi and Dynamics is beneficial.
