Position Summary

We are seeking a Call Center Representative to support our clinics. The Call Center Representative will undertake various reception, administrative, and billing responsibilities, including managing incoming calls, taking messages, scheduling patient appointments, and checking in patients. This role also involves gathering billing information, assisting with patient account inquiries, and maintaining medical records.

Additionally, the representative will aid patients in completing registration forms, letters, medical records, and insurance documentation.

Qualifications


A High School Diploma along with at least one year of experience as a Medical Receptionist or Medical Call Center Representative, or a suitable combination of education and relevant experience.
