Description

At Stellar Industrial, we believe that each employee can make a significant contribution to our success. We're looking for a customer service professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and has a desire to learn our processes and products.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers through various channels, including email, phone, in-person, and online. You will process quotes, orders, and returns efficiently, while meeting or exceeding service level agreements and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Addressing customers in a professional, courteous manner with a positive attitude and active listening
  • Accurately and efficiently entering quotes, orders, and returns into our ERP system (P21)
  • Following established processes for ensuring a quality Stellar Customer Experience and positive Customer Experience metric results
  • Expediting all service requests with urgency and accuracy to meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Working collaboratively with the Customer Experience team, including Commercial and Specialist support individuals
  • Communicating effectively and establishing professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and other Stellar associates
  • Engaging in continual learning of all Stellar service and product offerings
  • Attending scheduled training sessions on product or process-related content as necessary
  • Understanding and adhering to company policies and procedures

Qualifications include:

  • At least two years of previous Customer Service or industrial tool-related experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to connect positively with customers and others
  • Desire to actively look for ways to help customers and others
  • Experience with ERP-type computer programs preferred
  • Ability to work as an enthusiastic, goal-oriented team player
  • Comfortable working in a sales-driven and service-focused environment
  • Must be able to perform repetitive work with your hands and arms in an office environment
  • Display a consistent can-do attitude and willingness to improve
  • Always work with honesty and integrity
