Customer Service Specialist 2 Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Specialist 2 to join our team at the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS). As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with policy and procedure changes to ensure compliance
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
