Insurance Customer Service Specialist

Staff My Agency is seeking a dedicated Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This position is essential for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring follow-up as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverages, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
- Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate clients on various insurance products.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving success daily.
Qualifications:
- Property & Casualty license (mandatory)
- Life and Health license (mandatory)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- People-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a dedication to customer service.
- Able to learn and adapt to new computer functions.
- Take pride in completing tasks accurately and on time.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Expected to stay updated on product changes, licensing, and industry developments.
