Job Description: Real Estate Law Firm Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Law Firm Support Specialist to join our team in Reston, VA. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our attorneys and help them deliver outstanding results for our clients.

About the Job:

This role involves working closely with attorneys to assist with real estate transactions, manage due diligence reviews, and coordinate escrow activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys with real estate transactions from inception to closing.
  • Manage and coordinate due diligence reviews.
  • Conduct title and survey review.
  • Coordinate escrow activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years of commercial real estate paralegal experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year.
