About the Role:

We are seeking an Ecommerce Business Analyst to join our team at Pattern. As an Ecommerce Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our efforts across multiple ecommerce channels. You will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and developing solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze ecommerce performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Develop and maintain business reports and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce Managers to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Contribute to the development of ecommerce strategies and plans to drive business growth
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, business administration, strategy, economics, or related field
  • 3-5 years of progressive professional experience as an analyst, consultant, planner, and/or Ecommerce manager
  • Advanced capabilities in Excel and SQL with strong visual reporting and data storytelling skills
  • Exceptional analytical abilities, preferably within ecommerce
