Principal Product Marketing Manager, Ecommerce Acceleration

About the Role: As a Principal Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. You will work closely with our product management, sales leadership, and marketing teams to create and execute product GTM strategies and tactics that showcase the value of our platform to customers. Your expertise in data-driven marketing, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration will be essential in achieving our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement
- Work closely with product management, sales leadership, and marketing teams to create and execute product GTM strategies and tactics
- Synthesize market, competitive, analyst, and customer insights to inform product strategy and messaging
- Develop and refine differentiated product messaging and collaborate with the broader marketing team to implement across channels
- Establish collaborative cross-functional partnerships with leaders and colleagues across product, sales, customer success, and marketing
- Create engaging and differentiated content, such as blog posts, eBooks, whitepapers, webinars, and demo videos
- Build enablement assets and deliver training to help sales, BDRs, and customer success teams understand buyer personas, pain points, key product capabilities, and benefits
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of directly-relevant work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication and storytelling skills
- A knack for navigating ambiguity and complex business models
- Experience in data-driven marketing, product marketing, and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
