About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Business Analyst to join our team at Pattern. As an Ecommerce Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our efforts across multiple ecommerce channels.

Your primary responsibility will be to analyze ecommerce performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. You will work closely with our Ecommerce Managers to develop and implement business reporting and insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze ecommerce performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement business reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce Managers to develop and implement ecommerce strategies
  • Contribute to the development of ecommerce acceleration solutions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in statistics, business administration, strategy, economics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of progressive professional experience as an analyst, consultant, planner, and/or Ecommerce manager
  • Advanced capabilities in Excel and SQL with strong visual reporting and data storytelling skills
  • Exceptional analytical abilities, preferably within ecommerce
