We are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Supervisor to join our team at MIAS Group in Charlotte, NC. As a Technical Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for enhancing the company's market positioning and formulating strategies to engage local system integrators.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience.

The primary objective of the Technical Sales Supervisor is to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue expansion. This involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key customers, and negotiating contracts.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong sales and leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering (multiple choice possible) OR comparable training
  • Professional experience in technical sales
  • Sales experience in intralogistics, with proven sales successes
  • Business/technical knowledge in intralogistics advantageous
