Pkaza LLC is a leading third-party employment firm representing top employers in the critical facilities industry. We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team and support our clients in the Mission Critical Data Center space.
About the Role
This is a career-growth minded opportunity with exciting projects, leading-edge technology, and innovation. The successful candidate will possess contacts in the Mission Critical Data Center / Critical Facilities Marketplace and have a proven track record of consultative data center solutions sales skills.
Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Develop new business and maintain and grow established clients in the Mission Critical Data Center space.
- Technical Sales Support: Assist with technical aspects of sales calls with Sales Teams, Resellers, etc., until deals are closed.
- Relationship Building: Establish positive relationships with existing business partners to generate additional business.
- Tech Sales Calls: Conduct technical sales calls to leading data center Colos, enterprise, and hyperscalers to present Company's Value Proposition.
- Trade Show Participation: Attend and arrange booth space at trade shows and conferences to market the company's Critical Power OEM Services.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or other technically related degrees in the industry.
- Experience: 5-10 years of relevant technical sales experience in the data center / critical facilities / critical power industry.
- Business Contacts: Established contacts in the data center industry, including Director of Facilities, Facilities Managers, Engineering, and other key decision-makers.
- Critical Power Experience: Background with Critical Power OEMs and previous UPS OEM / 3rd Party experience selling products from leading manufacturers.
- Professional Memberships: Membership in local professional chapters/conferences (IEEE, 7x24 Exchange, Uptime Institute, DCD, Bisnow, iMasons, etc.).
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits package including medical insurance and 401(k) plan.
