Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Technical Sales Representative to drive sales growth by providing in-depth technical knowledge to customers and prospective clients about the company's products and solutions. As a key member of our team, you will combine technical expertise with sales skills to understand customer requirements, recommend appropriate products, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling complex technical solutions or systems and possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. You will work closely with engineering, product management, and customer support teams to address customer needs and drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key stakeholders in targeted markets.
  • Act as a technical advisor and liaison between the customer and the company's product and engineering teams, providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers and prospects.
  • Analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions using the company's products or services, demonstrating the technical functionality of products through presentations, live demonstrations, and workshops.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand complex products, with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or a related technical support role, with 3+ years of experience and a demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
