Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Hoffman & Hoffman Inc. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of direct industry experience and a strong sales presence.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts, an assigned customer base, and a full pipeline of opportunities that assures sales goal attainment.
  • Utilize current and create new, innovative sales tools to effectively plan and increase business opportunity with accounts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Construction Management from an accredited college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 or more years of direct industry experience and strong references required.
  • Professional Engineering (P.E.) license preferred but not required.
