About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Digital Resource. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive email marketing strategies that effectively engage and inform patients, drive patient acquisition, and support our clients' marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Marketing Strategy Development: Develop, manage, and execute email marketing strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
  • Email Content Creation: Create engaging and persuasive email content tailored to the clients' industry and audiences.
  • Email List Management: Manage and segment email lists to deliver targeted and personalized campaigns.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Design and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email performance.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Industry Knowledge and Compliance: Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, industry trends, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with design and content writing teams to create visually appealing and effective emails.
  • Project Management: Manage email marketing and patient communication tools and platforms.
  • Client Support: Provide timely updates and project communications via project management tools.
  • Account Management: Support account managers to discuss campaigns and reporting on client calls.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in email marketing, with knowledge of patient/dental communications.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of developing and executing successful email campaigns with measurable results.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Email Marketing Platforms: Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact).
  • Patient Communication Platforms: Experience with patient communication platforms (e.g., Revenuewell, NexHealth, Weave, etc).
  • Writing and Copy Editing Skills: Excellent writing and copy editing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive email content.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements (HIPAA, CAN-SPAM).
  • Design and Data Visualization Tools: Experience using design tools and developing digital content, as well as data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau).
  • UTMs and GA4: Knowledge of UTMs and GA4.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Agency Experience: Experience working in a full-service digital marketing agency.
  • Certifications: Certifications in email marketing or digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Healthcare Marketing Knowledge: Knowledge of healthcare marketing and patient engagement strategies.
