Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at Hyper Photonix Limited. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating our company's trade show participation to enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, marketing events, and webinars to engage customers and promote brand presence.
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Participate in the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote technical products, increase brand visibility, and drive business growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the trade show budget and track expenses to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
