The Thuma organization is in search of a dedicated Lifecycle Marketing Manager. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Lifecycle Marketing, this role is pivotal in steering the implementation and ongoing enhancement of email and SMS marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Thuma's Growth/Experience, Digital Product, and Brand/Creative departments to:
  2. Oversee the development and refinement of email and SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and effective tracking mechanisms.
  3. Manage project timelines for all email and SMS creative outputs, coordinating with both internal teams and external partners.
  4. Work alongside the Brand and Go-to-Market teams to devise a monthly strategy for email and SMS that aligns with brand identity, merchandising, and performance objectives.
  5. Regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of Thuma's email marketing efforts, focusing on deriving actionable insights from the data.
  6. Propose adjustments and experiments for the email and SMS marketing strategy based on comprehensive performance evaluations and brand inspirations.
  7. Create new email and SMS automation workflows that align with Thuma's core business goals and enhance customer loyalty.
  8. Gain insights into customer purchasing behaviors to inform new automation strategies, personalized email content, and A/B testing initiatives.
  9. In partnership with the Lifecycle Marketing director, identify key tests for email and SMS sign-up processes and evaluate their impact on customer conversion rates.
  10. Assist in the development and testing of innovative programs aimed at enhancing customer loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
  11. Support lifecycle marketing components of significant cross-departmental projects.
  12. Conduct ad hoc analyses regarding repeat purchase trends and the overall effectiveness of Lifecycle initiatives for various stakeholders.

This Might Describe You:

  1. Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for identifying errors and inconsistencies.
  2. A natural problem-solver, passionate about uncovering insights from performance metrics to drive success.
  3. Highly organized and collaborative, capable of fostering alignment across teams through effective communication.
  4. Experienced in developing campaign schedules and automated marketing strategies for prominent eCommerce brands.
  5. Familiarity with Klaviyo and managing extensive customer databases.

What You'll Need:

  1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in eCommerce or Marketing within a direct-to-consumer brand.
  2. At least 3 years of direct involvement in Lifecycle or Retention Marketing, including the creation of automated workflows and managing large-scale email campaigns.
  3. Strong collaboration and communication skills, essential for working across various departments.
  4. Proven organizational and project management capabilities.
  5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while providing clear updates to stakeholders.
  6. Proficiency in analyzing data from diverse sources to inform decision-making.
