Position Summary

We are looking for a full-time Head Fitness Instructor who is passionate about enhancing the lives of our members through exceptional coaching. The ideal candidate will embody our core values:

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion a culture of outstanding service and member satisfaction.
  • Oversee all aspects of the coaching team.
  • Create and maintain a vibrant and welcoming training environment.
  • Recruit, train, and ensure all coaches uphold our elite standards.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and efficient training space.
  • Manage the coaching component of the sales process and address member inquiries.
  • Achieve a membership retention rate of 90% to 95%+, aiming for full engagement in sessions.
  • Build a loyal member community that actively promotes our brand.
  • Collaborate with the management team on marketing and community engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and oversee training schedules for all sessions.
  • Conduct regular coaching staff meetings and support team development.
  • Lead a minimum of 10 coaching sessions weekly.
  • Maintain accurate and current records for all coaching staff.

Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Current fitness certification from a recognized organization.
  • Must possess current CPR/AED certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the fitness industry, including coaching and management.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to high service standards.
  • Knowledge of exercise science and techniques is preferred.
  • Resourceful and capable of executing action plans effectively.
  • Passionate about helping members reach their fitness objectives.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Participation in ongoing training and development programs.
